She leads the firm’s sourcing and origination efforts, spanning both proprietary outreach and banked opportunities across Banneker’s software investment themes. Zeph focuses on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, building relationships with founders, executives, and intermediaries, and conducting industry research that supports the firm’s thematic investing approach.
Prior to joining Banneker, Zeph worked on the sourcing team at K1 Investment Management, a B2B software-focused private equity firm.
Zeph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Chapman University.
