Diane Attersley is the Chief Financial Officer of Banneker Partners, responsible for the firm’s finance, accounting, compliance, and administrative activities.
Before joining Banneker, Diane served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Climate Adaptive Infrastructure (CAI), where she spent more than four years helping build and scale CAI’s operating and investment platform.
Prior to CAI, Diane spent nearly seven years at HPS Investment Partners, a leading global alternative investment manager. As a senior member of the finance team, she gained extensive experience across complex investment vehicles and fund structures and oversaw financial reporting and accounting for more than 100 private credit funds.
Earlier in her career, Diane held senior leadership roles at an international fund administrator and was a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP. She is a graduate of McGill University, a CFA charterholder, and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Ontario).
