Versaterm Acquisition of Adashi Begins New Chapter of Strategic Acquisitions

Versaterm Fire and Police Customers To Experience Fully Integrated Premium First Responder Software as a Robust Feature within Versaterm CAD

Accelerates Adashi’s Reach into Police Agencies with Access to its Renowned Critical Incident & Command, Alert and RollCall Solutions

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA & OTTAWA, ONTARIO, June 14, 2021 - Versaterm Public Safety, a leading software supplier serving more than 65,000 Police, Fire and EMS professionals across North America, announced today the acquisition of Adashi Systems LLC, a premium provider of First Responder software including Critical Incident & Command (C&C), Alert and RollCall. The transaction marks the beginning of a planned slate of strategic acquisitions designed to expand the Versaterm public safety suite functionality for Police, Fire and EMS customers.

“We’re excited to welcome team Adashi to the Versaterm family,” said Warren Loomis, CEO, Versaterm. “This acquisition not only enables us to enhance the utility of our CAD platform but also expand Adashi’s market access and penetration. Our success has always been built on a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction, and the addition of Adashi‘s solutions will deepen the value we provide to those sworn to serve.”

Integrating Adashi’s C&C, Alert and RollCall solutions with Versaterm’s platform provides first responders with new tools to effectively manage large-scale incidents by delivering critical information and tactical awareness to the front line.

“We expect our Police customers will embrace Adashi’s capabilities based on its well-established track record with Fire customers worldwide,” added Warren Loomis.

Adashi’s C&C solution has become the software-of-choice for Fire departments worldwide to electronically manage large-scale fires, delivering dynamic capabilities to track emerging fire locations, equipment and firefighter staff while producing streamlined after-incident reporting. This proven feature set is becoming an appealing offering for a rapidly emerging Police customer base leveraging Adashi to streamline tactical command and quickly disseminate incident information to manage public protests, SWAT situations and other escalated scenarios.

“The Adashi team is thrilled to join Versaterm,” said Alex Menkes, CEO, Adashi. “This was certainly a strategic opportunity for us given the technology synergies and opportunity to expand adoption of our First Responder software as an integrated feature across Versaterm’s large-scale CAD customer base. We are excited about the value it will bring going forward.”

Versaterm expects to acquire other industry-leading solution providers in the months to come, ensuring its public safety suite remains at the forefront of innovation Police, Fire and EMS customers need given today’s increasingly complex operational and reporting demands.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Along with the full integration into the Versaterm CAD, Adashi’s C&C, Alert and RollCall solutions will continue to be sold as a popular standalone platform in markets worldwide.
